Agency Terms (B2B)
This page provides a general summary of the booking, amendment, cancellation, and refund principles applicable to agencies, resellers, and trade partners working with Jarjinia Tours.
Contract First
The signed agreement, quotation, confirmed program, invoice, and disclosed supplier terms remain the primary governing documents.
Supplier Pass-Through
Airlines, hotels, transport providers, DMCs, and attractions may impose their own charges and restrictions.
Operational Reality
Group reductions, changes, and external events may trigger repricing, loss of allocations, or supplier penalties.
Agency Booking, Cancellation & Refund Principles
This page provides a general summary of Jarjinia Tours’ commercial principles for travel agencies, resellers, and trade partners.
1. Contract Priority
All B2B bookings are governed primarily by:
- the signed agency agreement
- the confirmed quotation
- the confirmed program
- the invoice
- any disclosed supplier terms
If there is any inconsistency between this public summary and the signed contract, the signed contract shall prevail.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when Jarjinia Tours has received the agreed deposit and issued written confirmation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, B2B deposits are generally non-refundable once supplier commitments, allocations, or operational reservations have been made.
3. Supplier Pass-Through Terms
Airlines, hotels, transport operators, DMCs, attraction providers, and other suppliers may impose their own change, cancellation, no-show, or refund conditions. Such supplier charges are passed through to the agency where applicable.
4. Name Changes and Amendments
All amendments are subject to availability, operational feasibility, supplier approval, applicable administrative fees, and applicable supplier fees.
5. Group Reductions and Repricing
For group bookings, any reduction in passenger numbers may result in repricing of the package, loss of contracted rates, cancellation charges, or forfeiture of previously secured services.
6. Unused Services
Unused services are generally non-refundable unless Jarjinia Tours receives a confirmed written refund from the relevant supplier.
7. Force Majeure and External Events
Where travel is affected by force majeure, government action, border restrictions, airline disruption, political events, weather events, or other circumstances outside Jarjinia Tours’ control, refunds or credits will depend on the recovery actually obtained from suppliers and the terms of the signed agreement.
8. Refund Processing
Where a refund is contractually due, it will be processed after operational and supplier reconciliation and, where relevant, after Jarjinia Tours has received the recoverable funds from the supplier chain.
9. Written Notices
Any cancellation, reduction, amendment request, or dispute must be submitted in writing to: contact@jarjinia.ca
